In order to test, proces and report your report you must post your bug according to a template.
Every bug which is not posted according to this template will be moved to Not a Bug.

Why so much bureaucracy?
A single template allows a fast progress and detailed testing.
Staff from Quality Assurance don't always have English or German as their natural language, a template therefor makes it easier to understand the problem.
The template is also similar to the reports which are being send to Bluehole.
This way all the involved staff members can be faster and more efficient with your bug reports.
Reports not according to the template will not be verified, tested or reported.
A simple explanation as to what purpose each part of the template serves can be found below:
Title: This makes it easier for us to get a short/brief description of what the problem exactly is. For example - Is it related to a Quest, NPC or Skill? The Title is also used to make a fast check if this issue is really a bug or it might be a technical or localization issue.
Description:The Description is as you might understand used to give a further explanation on the problems you (and other people) experience. Next to the explanation, it would also be nice if you could post the steps how to reproduce the issue (Sometimes it's difficult to reproduce things).
Server: Sometimes we're unable to reproduce the issue on our testservers, if you list the server you're playing on we're able to test the problem on the respective liveserver.
Screenshots:A picture is worth a thousand words. A picture often shows us what we have to check and what goes wrong. Ofcourse, screenshots are not always possible, but if they are possible. Please do add them.
Flames and/or a breach of the forumrules will result in a closure of a thread and the thread will be ignored.
